Beautiful temple, and the yearly festival the temple hosts for Lao New Year offers tons of vendors that sells delicious Asian food.
Timing:
I have been a regular to this temple since it was founded. They are really friendly people and have alot services through out the year. Buddhist or not you should stop by to see the nice statues the the monks have crafted. Also the festivals that they have offers nice south-east asian food. There are also clothing and accessories sold there. The concerts are great as well. They always try to get an asian celebrity to perform there. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED A+
