Nice park hiking

Hidden gem of local and historic park.

The best most quite and clean place ever

Very neat spot that makes for a wonderful nature walk. Easy to miss so keep an eye out for the little brown sign ; )

Great place to hike with lots of well marked trails. this used to be part of Columbia University and it was required that Engineering students spend a Summer here. While only a few stone structures remain, there were many wooden buildings scattered across the property where the students lived and studied. If you know what you are looking at you can see the remains of trenches that were dug as part of trench warfare experiments, and many civil engineering benchmarks that were placed to teach students how to place benchmarks. Overall a really interesting park.
